Steps of follow-up sequences

On the right side, you can see the optional steps

• Email to account: If you choose this option, a pre-written email template will be sent by the system.
• SMS to account: This option is only available if an active phone number is set in the terméke. An SMS template is sent by the system.
• Email to user: An email template can be sent to you or one of your colleagues.
• Task to a user: This step may be the most useful one. Reminders can be sent to your colleagues within the system to assure that everything is progressing well and nobody forgets about performing a task.

On the left side, you can see the steps that are already set

1. Drag and drop the necessary steps from the right side.
2. You can edit the steps on the left side.
3. In the Delay days field, you can define that when a card satisfies the filter conditions how many days should the system wait before executing the step.
4. In the Timing field, you can define that when should be the step executed.
5. You can only add pre-written templates. That’s why it is recommended to create them in advance.
6. When sending an email/SMS, the sender could be anybody who has access to the terméke and the terméke’s central mobile number can be selected as well.
7. If you are going to send an email to a user, choose the recipient carefully.
