User’s Statistics

Here you can get the most important information regarding your work.

Click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner, then click the   button to access the statistics.

Settings

  • Examined period: Select a period that you would like to examine.
  • Compared period: The ‘Examined period’ is compared to the period shown here. This is set automatically and its length is always the same as the ‘Examined period’ and always precedes it.

Information displayed on the header

  • System usage: Logged in once / More logins / Monthly active / Weekly active / Regular login.
  • Google Calendar sync: Shows whether the Google Calendar sync is activated or not.
  • Login on mobile devices: Shows whether the system was accessed on mobile devices or not.
  • Daily digest email: Shows whether the sending of daily digest emails is set or not.
The percentage in the middle of the boxes shows the rate of the change. The two numbers below show the rate of the Examined and Compared period. Example: In the ‘Hours spent in the system’ box, you see, for example, 133% and 21 vs 9 below. 133% refers to the change of the examined and compared period. 21 is the number of hours spent in the system during the examined period. 9 is the number of hours spent in the system during the compared period.

Closing rate: Rate of leads that were won in the examined period in comparison with all leads.

New leads: Those cards are measured that got into the Sales status group and are assigned to the user.

Stuck leads: Those leads that are in the sales phase for a long time and should have been already closed. After spending 60 days in the sales phase leads become stuck.

Hours spent in the system: How many hours were spent in the system by the user during the examined period.

Closed tasks: Tasks that were closed successfully by the user during the examined period.

Those cards are examined that are in the Sales termékes:

  • Closing rate
  • New leads
  • Stuck leads

Every terméke is examined:

  • Closed tasks
  • Hours spent in the system
