By using variables, you can use data stored on opportunity cards in your <a href=\"..\/what-is-mass-email-sending-good-for\/\">emails<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Click on the\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1012\" src=\"https:\/\/minicrm-wp-help.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2017\/02\/va\u0301ltozo\u0301.png\" alt=\"va\u0301ltozo\u0301\" width=\"27\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0icon to insert variables to the <a href=\"..\/how-to-create-templates\/\">template<\/a>. A variable can be used several times, do not save them up for later. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h3>What can I use them for?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You can address your recipients in a more personalized way: Recipient: First name.<\/li>\n<li>If you record the exact date of the next call in a <a href=\"..\/field-types\/\">date field<\/a> on the <a href=\"..\/what-is-an-opportunity-card-good-for\/\">opportunity card<\/a>,\u00a0you can send call reminder\u00a0emails.<\/li>\n<li>If you are using the MiniCRM Invoice term\u00e9ke, you can make the management of the receivables more easier by inserting the most important data of the invoice as a variable.<\/li>\n<li>If you are <a href=\"..\/how-can-i-automate-processes\/\">sending reminders to yourself or to one of your colleagues<\/a>\u00a0when there is a <a href=\"..\/why-are-tasks-useful\/\">task<\/a>\u00a0in the system, you can insert the Opportunity: Internal url. By inserting it, the relevant <a href=\"..\/what-is-an-opportunity-card-good-for\/\">opportunity card<\/a>\u00a0can be opened with one click from the email.<\/li>\n<li>To customize the unsubscribe link in your newsletters, insert the Other: <a href=\"..\/how-does-the-unsubscribe-link-work\/\">Unsubscribe link<\/a>\u00a0variable to your template and write a unique text.<\/li>\n<li id=\"emailaktivalo\">In case of newsletter subscription, insert the Other: Email activation link variable to confirm email addresses.<\/li>\n<li>Insert the Sender: <a href=\"..\/email-signature\/\">Email signature<\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>variable to every email to\u00a0save the time that would be spent on typing your signature<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>every time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pay attention to the following when using the Email signature variable:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If a <a href=\"..\/email-signature\/\">custom signature<\/a> is set in the <a href=\"..\/how-to-customize-an-existing-module\/\">term\u00e9ke settings<\/a> and a custom signature is set in a\u00a0<a href=\"..\/how-to-manage-users\/\">user&#8217;s<\/a>\u00a0profile, the real sender&#8217;s signature will be displayed by inserting the variable.<\/li>\n<li>If a\u00a0custom signature\u00a0is set in the\u00a0term\u00e9ke settings, but there is no custom signature set in users&#8217; profile, the custom signature that is set in the term\u00e9ke will be displayed by inserting the variable.<\/li>\n<li>If a custom signature is set in a user&#8217;s profile, but there is no custom signature set in the term\u00e9ke, the user&#8217;s custom signature will be displayed by inserting the variable (irrespective of the fact that the term\u00e9ke&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minicrm.hu\/help\/how-to-customize-an-existing-module\/\">default sender<\/a> is the sender of the email or not).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"alert alert-danger\">Don&#8217;t worry if you see something like this after inserting a variable:\u00a0{%Recipient.FirstName%}<\/div>\n<div class=\"alert alert-danger\">Before sending the template, it will be replaced by the correct value.<\/div>\n<div class=\"alert alert-danger\">Please do not delete anything from the variable or add anything to it, but feel free to format it.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What is a variable?
