{"id":4281,"date":"2017-07-20T15:21:55","date_gmt":"2017-07-20T13:21:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.minicrm.hu\/help\/?p=4281"},"modified":"2017-11-15T15:11:44","modified_gmt":"2017-11-15T14:11:44","slug":"create-unique-reports-by-using-filters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpdev.minicrm.io\/help\/create-unique-reports-by-using-filters\/","title":{"rendered":"Create unique reports by using filters"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"alert alert-danger\">You need <a href=\"..\/user-rights\/\">admin rights<\/a>\u00a0to do this.<\/div>\n<p>If you would like to create such <a href=\"..\/user-rights\/\">report<\/a>\u00a0that is impossible to create in MiniCRM but all data is available in the system, the best solution is to use Google Sheets.<\/p>\n<h3>What does this mean?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You can sync MiniCRM filters with Google Sheets.<\/li>\n<li>The list in the Google Sheets is changing as the <a href=\"..\/what-is-an-opportunity-card-good-for\/\">card<\/a>\u00a0list is changing in the <a href=\"..\/how-to-create-filters\/\">filter<\/a>. (Google updates the data hourly, that&#8217;s why it won&#8217;t be 100% up-to-date compared to the filter.)<\/li>\n<li>Feel free to create unique reports by using the data in Google Sheets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Let&#8217;s see what you should do<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Create a <a href=\"..\/what-are-the-filters-what-can-i-use-them-for\/\">filter<\/a>\u00a0and save it.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <a href=\"..\/what-kind-of-data-can-be-displayed-in-filters\/\">grid view<\/a>\u00a0and add the necessary <a href=\"..\/should-i-use-required-or-optional-filter-conditions\/\">conditions<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Click the Export button below the filter and choose the Synchronize with Google Spreadsheet option.<\/li>\n<li>Accept the data protection consent<\/li>\n<li>Set the <strong>Shared<\/strong> option instead of Not shared<\/li>\n<li>Copy the function, that is displayed, to an empty Google Sheet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"alert alert-danger\">Do not modify the function, otherwise, the data will not be shown in the spreadsheet.<\/div>\n<div class=\"alert alert-danger\">The data you synced can be only read so create the report on another tab of the spreadsheet and use functions to utilize the data.<\/div>\n<div class=\"alert alert-danger\">If you copy the function to a spreadsheet where there is already some data and the columns of the shared <a href=\"..\/what-kind-of-data-can-be-displayed-in-filters\/\">filter<\/a>\u00a0would hide the data, the table won&#8217;t be synced.
