By using this function, you can merge Contact persons\u00a0and Companies<\/a>\u00a0but not cards<\/a>. If the companies or contact persons,\u00a0that will be merged, have cards, they will be listed as related cards.<\/p>\n

  1. In the top right-hand corner, click the\u00a0\"settings\"\u00a0icon.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on DeDupe on the blue navigation bar.<\/li>\n
  3. After that, the system searches for duplicate contacts<\/strong>, displays their number and lists 10 of them<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. You can also search for a company\/private individual<\/a>\u00a0by using the Search field.<\/li>\n
  5. You can see duplicate data in the middle.<\/li>\n
  6. On the left and on the right sides, you can see the companies\u00a0or contact persons.<\/a>\n

    1. If you suppose that it is a duplication, choose the Merge option.<\/li>\n
    2. If you are not sure, choose the Skip now option.<\/li>\n
    3. If it is not a duplication for sure (there can be more than one John Smith in the country), choose the Skip forever option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    4. After checking the list and choosing the right options, click on the\u00a0\"dedup\"\u00a0button.<\/li>\n
    5. If the dedup is ready, you will get a new list if there are more duplications in the system.<\/li>\n
    6. You can check which companies\u00a0or contact persons<\/a>\u00a0have been merged by creating a filter. Add the Company: Merge date or Person: Merge date filter conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
