F\u0103r\u0103 <strong>ReferenceId<\/strong>, numai metadatele apelului apar \u00een istoricul cardurilor de oportunitate.<\/p>\n<p>O func\u021bie op\u021bional\u0103 este redarea apelului \u00eenregistrat (dac\u0103 exist\u0103). Pentru aceasta sunt dou\u0103 lucruri de f\u0103cut:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>orice apel \u00eenregistrat trebuie s\u0103 trimit\u0103 un ID unic \u00een c\u00e2mpul \u201e<strong>ReferenceId<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>trimite\u021bi \u0219ablonul URL-ului de desc\u0103rcare la <a href=\"mailto:suport@minicrm.ro\">suport@minicrm.ro<\/a>.
