Annex I. - MiniCRM Partner Program Conditions
Territorial scope of MiniCRM Partner Program: Romania
The Partner is entitled to participate in MiniCRM Partner Program under the conditions of the program only in the countries listed here.
Amount of Commission
The Vendor pays one time commission amount after each successful referral. The sum of commission is calculated as 20% of the net amount of the referred customer’s MiniCRM subscription fee.
Successful referral means, that the prospect, which was referred by the Partner and verified by the Vendor, become a MiniCRM customer (the invoice issued by MiniCRM has been paid)
Example:
If the monthly fee of MiniCRM subscription is net 125 EUR, in this case the base of the commission is going to be the yearly net subscription fee, which is net 1.500 EUR. Any discount applied is decreasing the base of the commission, too.
In this case the amount of commission (20%) is net 300 EUR.
Calculation: 125 EUR x12 x 0,2 = 300 EUR
When do we pay the commission?
We send a settlement monthly in email and we expect an invoice from you with the business acquisition commission.
We pay the commission after the customer paid at least the commission amount to MiniCRM. (In case of a monthly subscription, the commission will be paid after the customer paid the amount of 3 months worth of subscription to MiniCRM).
The amount of commission paid to the Partner cannot be higher than the sum of the customer’s subscription fee that was paid to MiniCRM.
You can even gain your commission the following month, you don’t need to wait 1 year.
Handling cancellation of subscription
In case a referred customer cancelled his/her MiniCRM monthly subscription within 3 months the Vendor pays a proportionate part of the commission.
If the referred customer asks for money refund after the cancellation of MiniCRM subscription — they can do it within 1 month after subscribing —, then the commission will be withdrawn. If the payment of the commission was not arranged yet, then the Partner will lose the commission. If it was already paid, the Partner is not obliged to pay it back, but the amount is going to be deducted from the next payment.
In case of any alleged abuse of rights, MiniCRM is entitled to suspend the payments of commissions during the investigation.
Should the investigation reveal serious abuse, the Partner is excluded from the Referral Partner Program with immediate effect.
