Astea au fost cuvintele adresate mie din partea unei persoane din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minicrm.ro\/tur\/project\/\">management<\/a>, acum mul\u021bi ani de zile. Nu le-am uitat niciodat\u0103. Nu pentru c\u0103 ar fi adev\u0103rate, ci pentru c\u0103 detestam faptul c\u0103 am ajuns \u00een situa\u021bia \u00een care s\u0103 mi se repro\u0219eze a\u0219a ceva. Deci\u2026 cum am ajuns acolo?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunt multe lucruri care construiesc succesul unei firme sau al unei echipe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comunicare eficient\u0103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obiective clare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cencredere reciproc\u0103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roluri bine definite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Din p\u0103cate aceste lucruri nu existau la jobul respectiv. Comunicarea era deficitar\u0103, obiectivele se schimbau adesea \u00een func\u021bie de dispozi\u021bia teamleader-ului, \u00eencredere nu aveam nici unii \u00een al\u021bii dar nici \u00een for\u021bele proprii, iar rolurile, ca \u00een mai orice echip\u0103 de marketing, fluctuau \u00een func\u021bie de priorit\u0103\u021bile momentului. Nu \u0219tii Photoshop? Nu conteaz\u0103. Te apuci s\u0103 lucrezi la banner-ul \u0103la, c\u0103 altfel \u021bi le auzi. \u00cen orice caz, felul \u00een care func\u021biona echipa era departe de orice ar \u00eensemna ideal. C\u00e2nd am \u00een\u021beles c\u0103 problema nu eram eu sau faptul c\u0103 a\u0219 fi nepreg\u0103tit\u0103, singura solu\u021bie era s\u0103 plec de acolo c\u00e2t mai repede, p\u00e2n\u0103 nu-mi pierd min\u021bile chiar de tot.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 c\u00e2\u021biva ani am ajuns s\u0103 lucrez ca \u0219i Copywriter \u00een echipa de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minicrm.ro\/tur\/marketing\/\">marketing<\/a>, la MiniCRM. Diferen\u021bele \u00eentre jobul acesta \u0219i toate celelalte joburi anterioare \u00een marketing, au fost evident\u0103 chiar din prima s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103. Avem procese bine definite iar rolurile noastre erau clare \u0219i nu se \u00eempleteau cu altele care nu \u021bineau de fi\u0219a postului. Comunicarea \u0219i \u00eencrederea sunt probabil cele mai mare atuuri \u0219i beneficii pe care le-am descoperit aici. Dar \u0219tii ce mai ajut\u0103 foarte mult? Motorul din spatele structurii: soft-ul MiniCRM.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru mine este prima oar\u0103 c\u00e2nd pot s\u0103 lucrez cu un sistem CRM \u00een toata puterea cuv\u00e2ntului. Am mai avut tentative la alte joburi, cu alte sisteme, dar nu ofereau tot ce ne ofer\u0103 MiniCRM. Iar strict dintr-o perspectiv\u0103 de marketing: e foarte generos. Dar hai s-o lu\u0103m cu \u00eenceputul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La ce e bun, per total?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minicrm.ro\/ce-este-un-crm\/\">Un sistem CRM<\/a> centralizeaz\u0103 toate datele despre clien\u021bi \u0219i poten\u021biali clien\u021bi, \u00eentr-un singur loc. Astfel se evit\u0103 informa\u021biile dublate, neconcordan\u021bele, datele pierdute. \u00cen plus, datele sunt mult mai u\u0219or de accesat dec\u00e2t \u00een cazul tabelelor Excel, agendelor sau noti\u021belor din telefon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Economise\u0219te timp semnificativ \u00een companie, datorit\u0103 automatiz\u0103rii activit\u0103\u021bilor repetitive. Oferte, contracte, emailuri, facturi recurente, proceduri interne\u2026 Toate pot fi generate \u0219i trimise automat, pe baza datelor din sistem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218i c\u00e2nd zic \u201cautomatizeaz\u0103\u201d, m\u0103 refer la faptul c\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Aloc\u0103 automat sarcinile de lucru:<\/strong> nu mai sunt necesare apeluri, e-mailuri sau mesaje trimise manual \u00eentre colegi. Sarcinile se genereaz\u0103 automat, dup\u0103 ni\u0219te modele prestabilite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Automatizeaz\u0103 complet sarcini rutiniere:<\/strong> cu c\u00e2t este necesar\u0103 mai pu\u021bin\u0103 interven\u021bie uman\u0103 \u00eentr-un proces, cu at\u00e2t se reduce mai mult riscul de eroare \u0219i \u00eent\u00e2rziere. Ci MiniCRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evalueaz\u0103 corect inten\u021bia de cump\u0103rare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen MiniCRM ai toate informa\u021biile despre interac\u021biunile pe care le-a avut p\u00e2n\u0103 acum un poten\u021bial client cu produsul sau serviciul t\u0103u. \u0218tii exact \u00een ce punct se afl\u0103 \u00een c\u0103l\u0103toria clientului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nu pierde v\u00e2nzarea din cauza ta&#8230; sau a colegilor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru ca o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minicrm.ro\/tur\/vanzari\/\">v\u00e2nzare<\/a> s\u0103 se poat\u0103 finaliza, \u00een cele mai multe cazuri este nevoie de 5-12 interac\u021biuni. Automatizeaz\u0103 unele dintre aceste interac\u021biuni \u0219i asigur\u0103-te c\u0103 oferi o experien\u021b\u0103 pl\u0103cut\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eforturile tuturor trag \u00een aceea\u0219i direc\u021bie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu l\u0103sa joaca de-a \u0219oarecele \u0219i pisica dintre echipele de marketing \u0219i de v\u00e2nz\u0103ri s\u0103 strice rezultatele. Cu MiniCRM, ambele echipe v\u0103d obiectivul comun important: achizi\u021bia de clien\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nu mai trebuie s\u0103 ghice\u0219ti sau s\u0103 aproximezi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen MiniCRM vezi obiectiv \u00eentreaga activitate \u0219i astfel \u0219tii exact tot ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u0219i c\u00e2nd. Po\u021bi s\u0103 generezi rapid \u0219i u\u0219or rapoarte care \u00ee\u021bi arat\u0103 tot ce te intereseaz\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ia decizii obiective, bazate pe date reale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen marketing ne baz\u0103m de multe ori pe emo\u021bii. Nu e gre\u0219it dar nu e nici neap\u0103rat corect, doar cam\u2026 complicat. Dar nicio grij\u0103, MiniCRM \u00ee\u021bi arat\u0103 ce merge bine \u0219i ce nu, pentru ca tu s\u0103 po\u021bi lua cele mai bune decizii \u0219i s\u0103 optimizezi doar unde \u0219i c\u00e2nd e nevoie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu sunt eu omul numerelor, dar trebuie s\u0103 recunosc (de\u0219i mi-e greu), c\u0103 \u00een marketing sunt destul de importante. Deci m\u0103 bucur foarte tare s\u0103 pot analiza exact ce performan\u021be are fiecare email, newsletter sau comunicare ce pleac\u0103 din firm\u0103. La fel \u0219i trainerii no\u0219tri \u0219i echipa de support. Barierele lingvistice nu exist\u0103 aici.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce m\u0103 ajut\u0103 foarte mult?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PM tool integrat. Probabil ca func\u021bia de task management e cea mai pu\u021bin important\u0103 raportat la toate celelalte. Dar pe mine m\u0103 ajut\u0103 foarte mult s\u0103 am task-uri cu deadline, sa v\u0103d c\u00e2nd trebuie s\u0103 \u00eencep ca s\u0103 le pot termina la timp, nu s\u0103 sar\u0103 pe mine \u00een ziua \u00een care trebuie s\u0103 le predau. M\u0103 ajut\u0103 c\u0103 pot s\u0103 creez \u0219i task-uri recurente, ca s\u0103 nu-mi bat capul cu setatul unor task-uri pe care le efectuez zilnic sau s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal. CRM-ul e cu adev\u0103rat puternic atunci c\u00e2nd e ancorat \u00eentr-o echip\u0103 puternic\u0103.
