Printre concluziile cheie, se remarc\u0103 faptul c\u0103 liderii de afaceri mici \u0219i mijlocii din Rom\u00e2nia nu se simt at\u00e2t de \u201c\u00eenrobi\u021bi\u201d de propriile companii \u00een compara\u021bie cu omologii lor din Ungaria. Impulsul constant de a dezvolta afacerea, de a lua decizii strategice \u0219i de a asigura buna desf\u0103\u0219urare a opera\u021biunilor poate estompa adesea limita dintre via\u021ba profesional\u0103 \u0219i cea personal\u0103.
