Conform <a href=\"https:\/\/economedia.ro\/inspectia-muncii-romania-are-571-milioane-de-salariati-activi-45-milioane-sunt-in-mediul-privat.html\">Economedia<\/a>, \u00een Rom\u00e2nia lucreaz\u0103 (doar) 5.71 milioane de angaja\u021bi.<\/li><li><strong>\u0218colile profesionale. <\/strong>Rom\u00e2nia a avut aici mereu politici incoerente. \u0218colile profesionale au fost desfiin\u021bate \u00een 2009, re\u00eenfiin\u021bate \u00een 2012, iar acum vor fi din nou desfiin\u021bate din 2023. Dincolo de aceste politici, realitatea este c\u0103 nu exist\u0103 cerere pentru acest tip de studii. \u00cen general, doar elevii care nu reu\u0219esc s\u0103 intre la liceu se orienteaz\u0103 spre \u0219colile profesionale. <strong>Efectul este c\u0103 exist\u0103 profesii \u00een care lipsa de personal calificat este acut\u0103. Avem prea pu\u021bini \u0219oferi de tractor, mecanici auto, personal \u00een industria alimentar\u0103 etc.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><li>Pe de alt\u0103 parte, avem o infla\u021bie de economi\u0219ti, speciali\u0219ti \u00een comunicare sau management. Exist\u0103 mari probleme \u00een ce prive\u0219te <strong>neconcordan\u021ba dintre preg\u0103tirea din \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i nevoile pie\u021bei muncii<\/strong>, a\u0219a cum arat\u0103 \u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edupedu.ro\/bnr-necorelarea-pregatirii-din-scoli-si-facultati-cu-piata-muncii-la-un-maxim-istoric\/\">indicii oficiali<\/a>.<\/li><li><strong>Generalizarea muncii la distan\u021b\u0103<\/strong>, \u00een unele domenii care o permit (de exemplu, IT). Asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 mul\u021bi angaja\u021bi rom\u00e2ni pot opta mult mai u\u0219or pentru a lucra de acas\u0103 pentru firme dintr-un areal mult mai larg. Va trebui s\u0103 te mul\u021bume\u0219ti cu ce este disponibil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar s\u0103 te mul\u021bume\u0219ti cu mai pu\u021bin nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 s\u0103 cazi \u00een extrema cealalt\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 angajezi pe oricine. Un angajat slab \u00ee\u021bi va produce pierderi. \u0218i, \u00een general, costurile cu \u00eenlocuirea lui sunt foarte mari. <strong>P\u00e2n\u0103 s\u0103 devin\u0103 productiv, \u00een angajat se investesc timp \u0219i bani pe recrutare, onboarding \u0219i perioad\u0103 de adaptare.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este mai bine s\u0103 a\u0219tep\u021bi mai mult timp dup\u0103 angajatul potrivit, dec\u00e2t s\u0103 semnezi cu unul nepotrivit, pe care vei fi nevoit s\u0103 \u00eel schimbi \u00eenainte ca el s\u0103 devin\u0103 productiv.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce metode de recrutare personal ai la dispozi\u021bie?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Presupun\u00e2nd c\u0103 te afli la \u00eenceput cu firma ta, fie vei face chiar tu recrutarea primilor angaja\u021bi, fie vei apela la o firm\u0103 de recrutare specializat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 alegi pentru \u00eenceput s\u0103 faci recrutarea singur, nu mai este suficient s\u0103 pui anun\u021buri pe site-uri ca ejobs.ro sau bestjobs.ro. Ai la dispozi\u021bie alte c\u00e2teva op\u021biuni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Recrutarea pe LinkedIn<\/strong>. Po\u021bi posta descrierea job-ului pe pagina ta web \u0219i crea reclame PPC (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) care s\u0103 duc\u0103 la aceast\u0103 descriere. \u00cenainte de asta, trebuie s\u0103 \u0219tii c\u0103 <strong>Facebook are politici antidiscriminatorii stricte<\/strong> legate de reclamele pentru recrutarea de personal. Reclama ta trebuie s\u0103 fie semnalat\u0103 ca fiind dintr-o categorie special\u0103 \u0219i nu vei avea voie s\u0103 folose\u0219ti criterii socio-demografice pentru targetare (v\u00e2rst\u0103 \u0219i gen, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 ce compania ta mai cre\u0219te, op\u021biunile tale se vor \u00eenmul\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum s\u0103 atragi candida\u021bii cei mai buni?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cencearc\u0103 s\u0103 mergi dincolo de abord\u0103rile clasice, dac\u0103 e un context care o permite. Candida\u021bii sunt obi\u0219nui\u021bi s\u0103 caute detalii pe <a href=\"http:\/\/undelucram.ro\"><strong>undelucram.ro<\/strong><\/a> sau <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/glassdoor.com\">glassdoor.com<\/a><\/strong> \u0219i \u00een dreptul firmei tale vor fi 0 rezultate. A\u0219a c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 compensezi prin mai mult\u0103 transparen\u021b\u0103. G\u00e2nde\u0219te-te s\u0103 faci public salariul sau un interval salarial \u00een anun\u021b. Explic\u0103 \u0219i celelalte beneficii \u00eenc\u0103 de la bun \u00eenceput.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum gestionezi procesul de recrutare personal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La \u00eenceput, dac\u0103 vei avea mai pu\u021bine pozi\u021bii \u0219i candida\u021bi, s-ar putea s\u0103 te descurci f\u0103r\u0103 un proces bine pus la punct pentru recrutare. Dar destul de cur\u00e2nd, ca s\u0103 nu te \u00eencurci \u0219i ca s\u0103 economise\u0219ti timp, vei avea nevoie s\u0103 centralizezi CV-urile \u0219i s\u0103 automatizezi procesul de comunicare cu candida\u021bii.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O op\u021biune pentru <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minicrm.ro\/tur\/hr\/\">gestionarea recrut\u0103rii de personal este \u0219i MiniCRM<\/a>. Po\u021bi avea \u00een acela\u0219i loc CV-ul, data \u0219i ora interviului, noti\u021be de la interviu, statusul fiec\u0103rui candidat (\u00een a\u0219teptare interviu, acceptare ofert\u0103 etc.). Evenimente.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La MiniCRM organiz\u0103m frecvent webinarii gratuite pe diverse teme de business, pentru antreprenori.
